1. All prices in the United States Dollar Ex Works for finished goods (assembled) and knocked down unfinished frame   only. Additional fee will be charged for assembling if you order unfinished. Any additional costs such as, Indonesian Inland Haulage, packing Material, Fumigation and Container Terminal Charges, if occur will become the responsibility of purchaser.

2. Methods of payments accepted as flows:

   a. Irrevovable Letter of Credit at Sight

   b. Advance payment prior to shipment

   c. 30% Deposit and balance not later than 1 (one) week after Bill Of Lading and Invoice being faxed.

       No Credit facilities are given at all.

3. Title of goods supplied shall only be passed to the purchaser upon clearance of payment for the full purchased price and any other sums due in respect to the goods and service provided.

4. We reserves the right to alter prices at any time, but in practice will give advance notice.

​

5. Customers are welcome to inspect goods prior to shipment. Upon receipt of customer instruction to ship goods, these will be regraded as being complete and agreed. Most of the finished goods are boxed with code on each box.

6. Insurance on container is solely the responsibility of customers. However, upon request we can assist the arrangement.

​

7. All containers are fumigated as required by International Law for which the company accepts neither responsibilities nor liabilities.

​

8. We cannot accept any liabilities and claims for any shringking, cracking, wraping and twisting after acceptance  of the goods at the customer's premises due to many external factors involved, weather differences, your bad handling, container sink into the sea and fire at the port.

9. The goods shall remain the property of Arcraft Furniture until paid for full.

          1. Irrevocable of Letter Of Credit at Sight

          2. Partial Shipment Must Be Allowed or have tolerance 20% of the above order, therefore we can add and 

              reduce into the container.

          3. Transshipment is allowed because all the shipment from Semarang Port will be transit in Singapore
